We act as a technical service provider and integration partner.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have authority to represent your business
• All information provided is accurate and truthful

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms
• Obtain proper customer consent before sending messages
• Avoid sending spam, illegal, misleading, or harmful content
• Use services only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
You are solely responsible for all content sent through your WhatsApp API account.

4. Compliance with Meta & WhatsApp Policies
All services operate under Meta and WhatsApp regulations.
Violations may result in:

• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban
ClassyAds is not responsible for actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp due to policy violations.

5. Payments & Billing
• All setup fees are non-refundable once activation begins.
• Subscription payments must be made on time.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
• Pricing may change with prior notice.
Taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.

6. Account Suspension or Termination
ClassyAds may suspend or terminate services if:
• Terms are violated
• Illegal activities are detected
• Payment remains overdue
• False information is provided
Meta may independently suspend accounts according to their policies.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, dashboards, tools, and documentation remain the intellectual property of ClassyAds.
Users may not:
• Copy or redistribute system software
• Reverse engineer platform features
• Claim ownership of proprietary technology

8. Data & Privacy
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete security of digital transmissions.

9. Limitation of Liability
ClassyAds shall not be liable for:
• Account suspension by Meta
• Message delivery failures
• Business losses due to third-party actions
• Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services during the last billing period.
