Refunds will not be provided in such cases as decisions are controlled by Meta Platforms.

4. Technical Issues
If there is a proven technical failure directly caused by ClassyAds:
• We will first attempt to resolve the issue.
• If unresolved, partial compensation or service credit may be provided at our discretion.
Refunds are not automatic and will be reviewed case-by-case.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a payment chargeback without contacting support first may result in:
• Immediate suspension of services
• Permanent account termination
• Legal recovery of disputed amounts
Users must contact support before raising disputes.

6. Cancellation Policy
• Users may request cancellation anytime.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee a refund.
• Access may continue until the current billing period ends.
