User Responsibilities As a user, you agree: • Not to send spam, illegal, misleading, or harmful content. • Not to violate WhatsApp or Meta policies. • To obtain proper user consent before sending messages. • To ensure that your business information is accurate and truthful. • To use the platform only for lawful business purposes. Data & Privacy • Users retain ownership of their business data. • ClassyAds does not sell client data. • We implement reasonable security measures to protect data. • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. ________________________________________ 8. Limitation of Liability ClassyAds shall not be liable for: • Loss due to Meta/WhatsApp policy enforcement. • Message delivery failures caused by third-party platforms. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
